If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, consumers may turn to a competent consumer dispute-resolution body — in Estonia, the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee). We decide case by case whether to take part in an out-of-court procedure, except where the law requires our participation.

Events are organized by their Organizers. Unmapped is the platform, not the organizer, unless an Event states otherwise. Organizers who sell tickets declare whether they sell as a business or as a private individual; buyers see this before paying.
